I had the opportunity to talk with some of the students this week and it was so enlightening.
This is what they taught me. Change doesn’t have to be big, It can come in the shape and form of believing in something better or just thinking twice before you throw a coke can out the window, or understanding that it’s a man’s place to help clean the house so that the next generation of Guatemalans will treat all people right. Maybe that kind of change is impossible to measure. Maybe that kind of change lasts.
